Third-party finance options available

Sunquest Energy Pty Ltd understands that customers may wish to consider finance when purchasing solar, battery storage or other New Energy Tech products.

Sunquest Energy Pty Ltd does not provide consumer credit.

Where requested by a customer, Sunquest may refer the customer to an independent third-party finance provider or finance intermediary.

All finance applications are subject to the relevant credit provider's eligibility requirements, credit assessment and approval.

Sunquest Energy does not determine:

• finance approval;
• the customer's interest or comparison rate;
• repayment amounts;
• loan term;
• establishment/account keeping fees or other charges; or
• any other credit conditions.

Before entering into a finance agreement, the customer should receive from the relevant credit provider the identity of the lender, applicable interest and comparison rates, repayment information, total amount payable, fees and charges and other required credit disclosures.

Any finance agreement is separate from the customer's contract with Sunquest Energy for the supply and installation of the solar/battery system.

The price stated in Sunquest Energy's quotation is the outright purchase price unless expressly stated otherwise.

Where applicable, the relevant finance provider will also disclose information concerning equipment ownership at the conclusion of the finance arrangement and any residual amount, balloon payment, purchase option or ongoing obligation.
